Warranty


HAZEM TAHSSIN warrants its wood furniture to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of delivery to the consumer. This warranty is not transferable and does not apply to merchandise purchased “as is” (Floor samples or clearance items)

The following conditions apply to this Warranty:

The warranty is only valid to the original user/consumer.
This warranty only applies under conditions of normal residential usage and does not apply to defects or damage resulting from negligence, abuse or misuse, including but not limited to inadequate or improper maintenance, improper cleaning, or exposure to chemicals and/or liquids, or fading caused by exposure to sunlight. Because of the craftsmanship and materials involved in the manufacturing process, minor differences and finish variations will occur from piece to piece. Therefore,
This warranty does not cover those minor differences or finish variations, or any differences between floor samples, printed illustrations, Internet photos or other visual displays. Any modification or alteration of HAZEM TAHSSIN furniture products will void the warranty.
Under the terms of this limited warranty, HAZEM TAHSSIN will either repair or replace the defective item. Repair or replacement is strictly at HAZEM TAHSSIN discretion.
HAZEM TAHSSIN assumes no responsibility for incidental or consequential damages.

Claims


Please check, before signing the delivery note, if the items have been delivered in the quantity expected and are not damaged. If needed, specify all reserves next to your signature on the delivery note. No claim will be accepted if “reserves” were not mentioned on the delivery note and not confirmed in detailed email (if possible with pictures showing the problem encountered). The claim must be sent by email within 3 working days following the delivery. This claim email must be addressed to HAZEM TAHSSIN customer care department at customercare@hazemtahssin.com. If the claim is not due to a transport problem, HAZEM TAHSSIN after study and acceptance of your claim, will either reimburse you or replace the goods. Any claim sent after the 3 working day delay will not be accepted.


Payment


A 50% deposit on the total amount of the order will be required to start processing it and the 50% balance will be due before delivery once the order is ready in our warehouse
